Orthopaedic Surgeon, Joint Replacement 's  Response
Hello,
Thanks for your query.
Osteoporosis can be stopped further by taking proper medication.take diet rich in calcium and vit D.Continue doing physio exercises. Exercise can strengthen your muscles, which can help keep your joints more stable, and the stronger muscles help to absorb energy and protect the joint surface.
I do hope that you have found something helpful and I will be glad to answer any further query.
Take care
