What Is The Treatment For Ovarian Mass And Diverticulitis?

Hi I have a 88 year old female who was diagnosed with an ovarian mass and diverticulitis 5 days ago 3 days later she presented to have a CVA or some sort of event like a mini stroke she was seen at the hospital and they did a CT and nothing shown on it . She had complete left side paralysis . prior to her insident she was independent or stand by assistance she has a protruding belly but only ways 97 pounds she has lost 8 lbs over the last 3 months . blood work all came back normal they started her on flagile and Cypro for the diverticulitis and an underlying uti . While she was at the hospital she started to regain some of the function in her left side but not completly by the time she came home about 6 hours later she was only looking to her right but knew who everyone was and you could understand her speach but still unable to walk incontinent and alert and oriented x1 the hospital refered her to hospice but said it wasn t a stroke the next day she has the same event again then she gets clearer then its not but at no time has she been back to a normal function she can t swallow is pocketing can t support weight with her left arm stands but with assistance incontinent ect all normal signs of a cva the only thing that improves is her ability to track with her eyes and her speach but only short periods of time but still they are saying its not a stroke my question is what else would cause this masssive of a change in condition? could it be a stroke ? could it have to do with the ovarian mass Her medications are Citalopram, cetrizine, flagile, ondostrom , multi vitamin, ranatinidine , tylenol, ibprophen, Cipro omeprzole . She has also been incontinent since the first event On sunday the 28th of september and she is still having massive loose stools tested neg for CDIFF and blood in stool no coffee ground appearance but a very unpleasant smell lots of abdominal pain but that could be the diverticulitis ? this is all just a shot in the dark I just hate not knowing I think it is the clonazepam that she takes at night it is PRN and she hadn t been on it but then started again about 7 days before the event due to increased issues at night she has mild dementia and audio hallucinations she is also a sun downer
