Hi, I am a 46-year-old female who has had diabetes for the last 6 years. Three days ago I developed frequent painful passage of urine with burning pain in my lower torso. My urine also comes out cloudy each time. Yesterday I had a small fever and was sweating a bit. I also lack energy, have poor effort to tolerance, always feel fatigued, sometimes feel dizzy, cant concentrate properly, have poor memory and can be in a depressed mood at times. In the last six months my menstrual pattern is getting rather irregular with much more bleeding. I noticed my heart running faster than usual and occasionally get a strange feeling that my heart is jumping out of my chest. I also notice occasional tingling and numbness in my fingers, but I think that this may be due to my work as a professional cleaner. I have been under a lot of stress in the past year, working overtime and trying to juggle work and family. I open my bowels every third day and pass hard stools along with pain in my lower belly. In the last few weeks I have been getting sharp griping pains accompanied by heartburn and nausea, especially after large meals and when eating fast. Ive thrown up three times so far. Often after meals I feel bloated. At random times I get headaches lasting for several hours, sometimes the whole day. I also have trouble sleeping. Sorry for the essay but I am in desperate need on a conclusion as to what I might be suffering from, and if you can help me in any way possible that would be great!
