Hi,Dear,Thanks for your query to HCM.
Dear I read your query and reviewed it with context to your query facts.
I understood your health concerns and feel Concerned about them.

Based on the facts of your query, you seem to suffer from-
Diffiscile with Graves relapse with Fibromyalgia.
Treatment-
would start with Tab Metronidazole 800 mg x 3 times per day- as its a recurrence and high risk CDAD(?Cl.Difficile Acquired strain)
If no relief in diarrhea and if the creatinine increases and the ileus sets in-CT Scan to assess the Colonic Wall thickening- to judge for the severity of Difficile infection-
And Would start with Oral Vancomycin 125 mg x 4 times a day x 10-14 days time.
With plenty of Oral fluids.
-IF no relief- IV Metrogyl 750 mg/ x 8hrly
Iv / or Per rectum-Vancomycin-500 mgmx 4 times a day x 5 days time
-Sporlac Caps x 2 times a day x 14 days- By Ryles or per orally.
Treat Graves relapse-as it may contribute the increased frequency from high T4 levels.
Tab Advil 600 mg x 2 time a day -to control fibromyalgia and colonic wall thickening
Tab PPI-Veloz D-x 2 times a day

Hope this would help you to come out of this complex attack.

Hope this reply would help you to plan further treatment with your doctors there.

Welcome for any further query in this regard.

Good Day!!
