What Is The Treatment For Pain In Lower Back?

I fell slid down a fire pole and landed hard on the back of my feet. When I landed I felt the brunt of my fall on the base of my neck. It has been a day and now my lower back is sore and the base of my neck hurts and is tender to the touch. What should I do?
