What Is The Treatment For Pain While Urinating?

I had a kidney ablation a year ago with no complications. After my last appt 2 wks ago I was told they would see me in a year. Last week I started having pain and blood with urination, my doctor called a script for bactrum in, today was my last dose. This evening I started having blood in my urine but no pain. Do you think it s still the UTI, I was just treated for? I never had any problems after my ablation , they never would have found the tumor had they not been checking out my gall bladder.

Based on your query, my opinion is as follows.
1. Yes, it appears to be resistant urinary tract infection.
2. Bactrum might not be active against the present infection.
3. Get urine microscopy done. If pus cells are found, then urine culture and sensitivity test is necessary to identify sensitive antibiotics.
4. However, persistent tumor also requires evaluation. Repeat ultrasound is necessary.
