Hello,

I want to acknowledge you that your symptoms suggestive of urinary tract infection.
It can be in the form of urethritis, bladder infection or kidney infection causing urinary tract infection.

I suggest you take an antibiotic course like cefixime. However, before starting antibiotics, urine routine microscopic examination and culture should be done.

Avoid the intake of excess spicy foods. Drink lots of water. Cranberry juice extract tablet also beneficial in such a case.

I hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Parth Goswami, General & Family Physician
