General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

As per my clinical experience, a boy of 10 with protein in urine is highly probable to have nephrotic syndrome, minimal change disease a very common cause of the same.

Kindly upload all the relevant documents as an attachment for my review and further guidelines.

Management in most of the instances is hydration care, prevention of secondary bacterial infection and treat any underlying cause if present.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
