What Is The Treatment For Painful Urination?
Approx 2 weeks after having the Novasure ablation (a year ago) I ve experienced painful urination. I ve been checked for UTI and do not have one. I finally found an over the counter supplement D-Mannose and as long as I take it I m ok but if I miss one dose it s so painful everytime I urinate.

Hello and welcome to HCM.
If your recent urine culture test, in last one month, is not showing infection, then most certainly, as an Urologist, i would advise you to see an Urologist, and have a cystoscopy done.
It should be done after doing, an ultrasound scan of the abdomen.
Theese tests, will help in identifying the cause of the painful urination, and specific treatment will be started. Drink 8-10 glasses fluids daily.
