What Is The Treatment For Panic Attacks?

Hello, I am a teenaged girl suffering with OCD, General Anxiety and Depression. I have terriible panic attacks where I cannot breathe and my muscles tense so if I am on my own when I have an attack it is very scary as I have no one to help me. How do I stop these attacks before they start.

Anxiety, depression and OCD are disorders that have many treatment options. Having those feelings during a panic attack is well known of and the medications prescribed for this disorder which are mainly selective serotonin re-uptake inhibitors help in controlling the frequency and intensity of the attacks.
