What Is The Treatment For Persistent UTI And Pain In Kidneys?

I have a persistant UTI, it has been bothering me for months. i have been on many antibiotics.
It started again in my bladder last week and i have just finished a course of antibiotics, however it is worse now and i am starting to feel the twinge of pains in my kindeys. what do i do?

hi
persistent uti has some causes
but they need to be tested

the usual causes are
1. wrong antibiotic
2. incompliance to antibiotics
3. inadequate treatment
4. kidney or bladder involvement
5. diabetes
6. continued source of infection e.g. sexual activity
7. a resistant infection

i would suggest repeat urine routine and culture
mri abdomen
kft
cbc
