hello doctor, my name is jaspreet singh and i m suffering from piles around my penis and have a little pain at the top of my penis which may cause problem at the time of intercourse. can u suggest me the best thing that able to help me? please.

The piles around penis, does not sound correct terminology. Considering it as penile warts by common interpretation, that is best managed with laser therapy.
