Hi
Thank you for asking HCM
I have gone through your query.Piles are usually occuring due to straining so first treatment is for softening the stool by taking more fibres vegetables and more water.I advise my patients with ointments contain anesthetic steroids and nifedipine or diltiazem for local application. It should be examined by a general surgeon better to rule out other causes of bleeding. In case of recurrent bleeding piles uncomfortable pain or prolapsed ones surgical treatment can be considered.Hope this may help you.
Let me know if you have any further query.
