What Is The Treatment For Red Spots?

My 6yo son- on his third day of amoxicillin for strep throat- has developed three spots under his eye. The entire area is reddish and the spots look like pimples, but the heads are yellow rather than white. The area is painful, especially to the touch.

Pediatrician 's  Response
Hi, I had gone through your question and understand your concerns. The rash are caused streptococcus, staphylococcus. I recommend
- rubber gently with Ciprit;
- apply Chloramphenicol 1% twice a day;
- zincovit 5 ml once a day for 1 month;
- vizylac 1 capsule once a day for 1 month for normal flora.
Hope this answers your question. If you have additional questions or follow up questions then please do not hesitate in writing to us. I will be happy to answer your questions.

Wishing you and your son good health.
