Hello and thank you for asking HCM.

First i want to say to not worry,it is nothing wrong with you and your body.
Consumption of beets can cause urine to become red or pink in color. This condition"called beeturia"is not considered harmful. It's possible for beet consumption to bring a red color into your bowel movements as well,so don't worry, everything is ok. You are not ill. You are not loosing blood on your urine, and your stool is not coverd with blood. Its just your body geting rid of the pigments that beets have.

If you have any other question, please feel free to ask.
