What Is The Treatment For Ringworm Infection?

Hello, I basically had what looked like ringworm about 3-4 months ago and then to kill it I used canestan and then daktekort. BUT it didn't work so then I used dettol and antisecptic cream. I then used exfoliator and kept it very dry, so dry infact that my arm has now swollen up and has infected. I was prescribed Fluxcillin. How can I keep it clean, its quite painful to move my arm too since it's swollon on the elbow
