What Is The Treatment For Severe Back Pain?

i am having really sharp pains in my back and i have been going to the doctor for almost two years now for it and i am only 17. there is a lump on my back and my doctor claims it is a cyst but it hurts and stings really bad. It feels like i am getting stabbed several times.

Hi,
At this age any back problem might be due to muscle strain or myalgia.
But in your case this problem might be due to infected cyst.
Consult surgeon and if infected cyst is found then go for excision.
Go for regular physical exercises like running, swimming, walking etc after treatment of cyst.
