hi im maria working at a hospital with shifting schedules. its already been 7 months since we were put in the grave yard shift. for the last 3 months im ok. but as the succeeding months push through i felt my severe upper back ache. and lately i have a yellowish phlegm. but i dont have any cough.

u have devrloped PIVD i.e PROLAPSE INTERVERTEBRAL DISC...u need to get done MRI OF LUMBOSACRAL SPINE
