What Is The Treatment For Severe Back Pain?

hello my name is pravash i am 25, 62 kg, height 5"8, i am having a problem of back pain my L3, L4, L5, S1 disc space are diminished, S1 spine bifida, early osteophytes seen from vertebral end plates, alignment and vertebral height are normal what should i do ? i am taking a therapy but i dont feel good plez advice me a good clinic in kolkata?
