Friday night I went to bed having extreme shortness of breath, and I was up every 15 min having to urinate. My right ankle pretty much stays swollen...I thought is was due to RA. I was having some pain in my chest, but nothing in my arm, the pain was like someone punched me. ( a little dry cough) I had a complete cardio work up last fall. I called my cardiologist today to inform them, the nurse told me all my test were normal in the Fall, and I shouldn t worry. I m 47, my dad had a massive heart attach at the age of 43 and died, my mom also has heart problems. I have never been to the ER in my life, I didn t want to go to be told this was anxiety or MVP..the swelling in my ankle and the frequent urination bothers me, do I need a 2nd opinion? or should I trust the normal cardio work up and chalk it up to anxiety
