What Is The Treatment For Small Bump In The Anus And Diarrhea?

There was a pimple near my anus, which didn't use to bother me. Now I feel like it has become a knot and hurts a little when i sit. I'm also having diahhrea and a clear liquid comes out of my butts at times. At times, my stomach also hurts. Iw ill visit the doctor, but for now, what do you think it is...
