What Is The Treatment For Sore Throat , Enlarged Tonsils And Ear Pain?

I am a 49-year-old white female. About 15 days ago I developed a fairly sudden onset of severe sore throat, large swollen tonsils with pustules, swollen glands, ear pain and pain and headache. I saw a doctor about two days later. I could not afford the Augmentin which was prescribed for me, so I took a couple of my husband s leftover Penicillen and then a few Amoxicillin that my daughter had. A couple of days later I developed a rash. It had red dots which have now become raised and scaly. At first it was not as itchy as it is now. I have rash on my face and neck but mostly on the upper chest and upper arms. I also have some rash on my upper back, stomach area and the front of my thighs. When I get in the heat, it gets worse. It is more of a solid area under my breasts and armpits. Can you tell me what this might be? Thank you so much.
