What Is The Treatment For Stomach Cramps, Loss Of Appetite And Diarrhea?

I've been having stomach cramps for 4 days now and I have liquid yellow diarrhoea. I felt sick and had a loss of appitite two days ago and also had body aches which seems to of passed now, but my stomach cramps and diarrhoea seem to have not got any better. Any ideas?

Noted your history and understood your concerns.
Stomach cramps for 4 days, yellow liquid diarrhea and loos of appetite indicates intestinal infection.
I would advise you the following:
Send the stool and blood sample for tests.
Consult your Doctor and get started with a PPI, Domperidone, antibiotic for intestinal infection.
Additionally take Probiotics, activated charcoal tablets, curds and bananas in diet.
Take boiled and cooled water and fresh home-cooked food only.
