What Is The Treatment For Stomach Pain And Loose Motions?

i had common loose motion this morning.. so took a medicine for that Norfloxacin to be exact but that didn't end and pain in lower stomach continued with gas.. so after 4 hrs i took Eno.. but even that didn't work..and also to note i am urinating very quickly today with not much urine..

Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Noted the history of common loose motions in the morning, took Norfloaxacin, did not work, pain in lower continued with gas formation. There is also frequency of urination. Took Eno also.
Your history although short is indicative of entero-colitis.
I would advise you the following:
Get stool and blood tests.
Urine test: Routine, microscopy, culture and sensitivity.
Continue the antibiotic and add on Metronidazole under the guidance of your Doctor. Also take probiotic, activated charcoal.
Take soft bland diet, plenty of fluids and maintain hydration and electrolyte balance well.
Continue the medications till cured .
