What Is The Treatment For Stomach Virus In A Baby?

Hello, I have a 20 month old son who has a stomach virus right now. He's vomited four times in the last four hours. He's finally settled to get some rest. Do I need to wake up him up to give him fluids or can I let him sleep as long as he needs to? He wasn't showing any signs of being dehydrated before falling asleep.

I also give probiotics and zinc along
Ensure he drinks plenty of liquids
