hi doc . i need the best treatment for tanning as my arms and half legs r highly tanned than rest of the body . the doctors are suggesting fruit peel atleast 5 -6 siitings however im still not sure coz i donty need ny complexities and after effects as i hav a v good skin otherwise . kindlu suggest the best thing

hi there,

1. direct sun exposure will cause tanning, even if you go for detanning.

2. you can try ethiglow soap for body wash along with golite lotion bed time on tanned areas.

3. apply lasheild lite sunscreen during day time.

4.avoid direct sun exposure between 10-3 pm.
