What Is The Treatment For The Bicipital Tendonitis An Have Taken Cortisone Injection?

I have been diagnosed with Bicipital Tendonitis and have received a cortisone shot in my shoulder..My shoulder is not getting any better....Hard to blow dry my hair and have my arm in that position very long..I have had x-rays and nothing is torn....What would be the next step in treatment...I work a 40-50 hour a week and use my shoulder during that whole time.... Any suggestions???? I go to a massage therapist and she said that my shoulder knots are moving because I have been moved to another (easier) job I think my shoulder is getting worse.....

Orthopaedic Surgeon, Joint Replacement 's  Response
I would recommend you to do MRI of the shoulder. It will show us if there is any abnormality in rotator cuff or any nerve compression. I would recommend you to show it to physiotherapist. And do hot water fomentation. If there is any structural damage then you will need surgical procedure.
