What Is The Treatment For The Dislocation Of The Shoulder?
I m a 23 female and I disloacted my shoulder 1 week and 2 days ago. It was my first time dislocation and I ve had this odd looking sling on ever since. I haven t moved it not one bit but I was wondering if it was safe to start working it out some and moving it around? I of course cannot afford to go to a doctor or see a physical therapist and I just need help!
