What Is The Treatment For Third Degree Bleeding Piles?

i am suffering from 3rd degree bleeding piles from last 16 years,taken homeopathy ,ayurvedic & alopathic medicine in different time,but still it in same stage,CMC vellore doctor advice me for surgery,my question is surgery safe in this stage? is it curable by medicine? i heard that old piles formed cancer after surgery please advice

Third degree hemorrhoids are an indication for surgery. There is no such evidence based study which shows increased risk of any carcinoma after hemorrhoidectomy. So proceed for the procedure as this is the only remedy available at this stage.
