What Is The Treatment For Thyroid Problem?

may i know different causes for this clinical scenario. Young lady absolutely asymptomatic with mild exophtholmos(R L)with marginally normalT4(lower normal),normal T3 and very low TSH.she has no prior h/o thyroiditis symptoms.whats the next line of work up.how do we go further.Please answer. thank u

Hello,
Thanks for posting in HCM.
The symptoms and blood workup looks like hyperthyroidism.
For now the next workup to do will be a ultrasound of thyroid to look whether its graves disease or nodules with more thyroxine production. Once the ultrasound report is seen and we get the diagnosis after consulting with your doctor or an endocrinologist,medication which causes decrease in thyroid levels can be started.
