What Is The Treatment For Uncontrollable Bowel Movements And Dizziness?
For the past week or so I have had uncontrolable bowels. The feeling comes on in a matter of seconds, and I barely have enough time to make it from my couch to the bathroom. And its almost like water when it comes out. Also with my BM's I am having alot of nausea, and dizziness. I feel as if I'm going to throw up and pass out. This is everytime I use the restroom. Probably every hour to hour and a half. What is wrong with me?
Noted the history and understood the concerns. Loose stools, nausea, dizziness all indicate that there is gastroenteritis with its complications of dehydration and or electrolyte imbalance. Hence I would advise you the following in such a situation: Rush to ER or nearby hospital for clinical evaluation, examination and investigations of stool, blood and urine. To get started with intravenous fluids, electrolytes, antibiotics, metronidazole, probiotics orally, symptomatic and supportive management so that further complications are avoided. This way further complications can be avoided. Once you are out of danger further treatment can be continued by oral route.
