What Is The Treatment For Urinary Problems And Low Heart Beat?

I am 21 years old, I take a tab Dytor Plus20 last 2 years, I am a CHB patient. PPI(DDD) Medtronic Implanted last 6 years. This time I am suffering from Urin problems and hart beats. My hart beats is low, and some time very low and pain in my cheast . What is the side effacts of tab Dytor Plus 20.
