What Is The Treatment For Urinary Tract Infection And PCOS?

Hi, I am 29 years old female.I was diagnosed with UTI 6 days back and currently i am cefalexin (Last day). But today i am having cramps and a bit of bleeding. I had periods 15 days back. Also my husband & I are TTC from past few months. Unfortunately I have PCOS also. Kindly tell what could be the problem. Thanks, Meenu
