What Is The Treatment For Urinary Tract Infection?

Hi, i am a 26 years old women. i had frequent UTI 3 years back. Last month i had a mild uti and my pus cell was 7 - 8 with RBC 3 - 4. I took niftas daily and now there is no complication. Now again i had gone for urine routine and sensitivity test which show pus cell 7 - 8, with no RBC and no growth. My Serum Creatinine is 0.5.

Dear- thanks for using our service and will help you with my medical advise.If you had urinary tract infection and was treated with antibiotics, then you might have a negative culture due to that. I recommend you to repeat the urine sample with culture in 10 days . If still with wbc and you have symptoms, you might need to see an urologist for a cystoscopy. Sometimes you can have urethral stricture or bladder problem and makes you suceptible to UTI. Other test that should be done if you still with symptoms is a renal ultrasound.
