What Is The Treatment For Vaginal Bumps In A Child?

My 4 year old daughter has a small bumps on her vagina and about 4 larger ones on the cheeks of her buttocks that have opened and bled and then looked really dry and went away. They do not seem to bother her unless I try to put some sort of cream on them. What is this and am I doing something wrong?
