Hello I am a 37 yo female who started having flutters about a month ago I am under alot of stress and on anti-anxiety meds.It all started when I fell and landed on my hip. Exray showed 7 vertebrea in the thoartic spine are misaligned. I have been to see a cardiologist 2 weeks ago and the stress test, eco and halter all came back normal. I really would like to know if my spine is out of place that bad would it be causing the flutters?
I do not think the flutters are related to the changes in your vertebral column. Instead, I would recommend checking your thyroid hormones for a possible thyroid dysfunction. Anyway, considering the changes in your spine X ray study, I would recommend performing a thoracic spine CT scan or MRI study to examine it better. Hope to have been helpful! Best wishes, Dr. Aida
