What Is The Treatment For Weakness And Numbness In The Legs?

I have many good days and then all of the sudden I get leg weakness. starts as numb feet, goes up my legs until I feel like I will fall. I sit down and the weakness goes away, but I still have some minor weakness for a few days. I usually know when this is going to happen because I am dizzy from the moment I wake up until it happens. It can get severe enough that my legs shake. This has been on and off for 1 year. I can have weeks of non symptoms, and then weeks of dizziness and leg weakness. Neurologist state I have no neurological impairment.

Blood test are in the normal range. EKG and Echocardiogram are good. Holter monitor good. Any suggestions?
