I have gone through your query, as you have mentioned that you are taking medications dont worry dont take so much
stress also, stress also cause
anxiety and pshycological problem,
1. Do take proper diet , alteration in fooding habit also take proper healthy nutritious diet , includes green leafy vegetables in that , pluses daily one time in lunch atleast you should eat, one fruit in a day it can be Apple, Pomegranate, Papaya.
2. Take one glass of milk in Breakfast , milk containing products cheese, paneer, conflex,
3. Do physical excercise go for morning walk , after dinner also you can go for walk,
4. Dont take so much of medication also , it will harmful , take proper diet then if you feel weakness still you should consult physician for that then go for Complete Haemogram .
