What Is The Treatment For Weakness?

I am a 38 year old female with an ileostomy due to Crohns ...i have recently been sick with a stomach virus.I went to the doctor and my potassium level was a 3.2 i am weak ,having problems with my nerves,and dizzy. He gave me potassium pills but i know they did not dissolve properly ...what should i do ?

Workup should be done to investigate the cause of your weakness.Serum electrolytes, and not just Potassium, should be requested. Also, blood sugar and.other parameters should also be done as to investigate on the cause of your weakness. And proper management and treatment should follow.
