What Is The Treatment Fro Recurring High Temprature Despite Taking Antibiotics?

My son is 3 years old he is having cough and cold with 104 temperature.after taking meftal he is having minimal fever for 3-4hrs and again fever is back to 104.
Doc added antibiotic augmentin 8.5ml
After taking augmentin 1douse he is did vomating after an hour of taking the medicine.

Please suggest

Thanks for the question. It is most likely to be viral fever. It takes its coursefor 4days n settles. As you have already started with antibiotic please continue with the course of 5days. Give steam inhalation as well. If there is no response to fever at all by 4th day then it would be good to do a blood test for malaria. Also you can give paracetamol every 6hourly if fever recurrs wothin that time limit.
