Urologist 's  Response
Hi
There are multiple causes of blood in urine. The commonest cause being urinary tract infection which can sometimes present without symptoms.

I would advice you to drink plenty of fluids to keep the blood thin and prevent it from clotting in the bladder.

If blood does not clear up or if you develop giddiness or if urinary difficulty occurs visit the emergency room or casualty.

If it clears up contact your doctor at the earliest oppurtunity. It needs to be investigated with urine culture test, blood tests, ultrasound of urinary tract and possibly cystoscopy.
