What Is The Treatment Of Bump On Head If Had It ?
2 year old son fell and hit forehead on concrete and its pretty red but not swollen and no bump yet and this happened about a hour ago. He is eating and drinking fine running around the house laughing and playing like normal. I just want to make sure I shouldnt take him to the ER?

It could be a hematoma only.
It is nothing but a collection of blood underneath the skin.
Nothing much to worry as it will settle by itself. You can apply icepacks for faster recovery.
