hello sir , i am feeling problem everyday morning..and i am not able to fresh automatically.. i need lot of water..and after so much time i feel some sensation..and when i go for it.. hardly 2 or three stools..and after that it feels me like blockage.. very discomfort feeling..and many times a white fluid comes from my anus as well as penis..please provide me solution because m only 22 years old..student

Take regular diet rich in fruits and vegetables as they are rich in fiber. Avoid tea coffee soft drinks
