I have had severe diahorrea since the past 12 hours with very bed cramps at the front of my tummy I have not been passing any pooh in the last 6 hours but bright red blood - not a great deal but enough to make me worry and it happens every time I have been to the toilet in the last few hours what is it

I really appreciate your concern, the given symptoms could be suggestive of bacillary dysentery and I would suggest to treat this condition with single dose medicine like Sacnidazole 1 g just a single dose, for abdomen cramp Tab Dicyclomine with Acetaminophen can be tried hope this information helps.
