What Is The Treatment Of Dizziness And Urinary Infection ?

I have been having on and off feeling lightheaded, stomach pains, dizzy, then symptoms that mimic a urinary tract infection. I have had a full hysterectomy when I was 28 I'm 42 now I'm over weight 5'2" apprx 260 lbs. feels like I have a fever but o dint feel very run down and exhausted and this comes and goes every 4 to 6 months
