What Is The Treatment Of Stomach Flu And Weakness ?

I had the stomach flu for 2 days, and now i'm just having constant diarriah, everything I eat comes straight out and I havent peed, or needed to in 3 days. My stool is green and gooey but has no noticeable smell. I feel okay but very, VERY weak. Is this serious?

Hi, I had gone through your question and understand your concerns
It is likely that you are having enteritis, and you are losing electrolytes and water in your stool that why you are feeling tired. You must go to ER to have CBC, Serum electrolytes , Renal function tests and stool r/e ,c/s. You should drink ORS and you may need Intravenous fluids if you are severely dehydrated.
Hope this answers your question. If you have additional questions or follow up questions then please do not hesitate in writing to us. I will be happy to answer your questions.
