What Is The Treatment To Get Rid Of Gastric Trouble And GERD?

Hello doctor, I have been affected by gastric for the past 8 months. I was taking pantocid d and ducaine gel. I discontinued it. Again I am having the same problem. Even I avoided oily and spicy food. Sometimes I am getting fear because my chest area is pulled. I do not know how to explain. I thought it may be blockage in my heart. But doctor said it is GERD. What can I do to recover this problem. Please help me..Thank you

Hello. I am a Gastroenterologist. Thanks for putting your query in HCM. I will advise you to visit a Gastroenterologist who will advise you for an endoscopy examination also see for H.pylori infection which if present should be eradicated. I hope I have answered your query and this will help you.
