What Is The Treatment To Get Rid Of Supraventricular Tachycardia?

My 11 year old daughter was diagnosed with SVT a couple years ago. She still has some occasional occurrances while playing hockey. She is scheduled to have her tonsils and adnoids taken out. Do I need to be concerned with her SVT and being put under for this surgery?

Hi

I would recommend you to go for a repeat ECG to check for present condition. Most cases improve over time and can be easily operated with extra care.
