General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Nervup OD contains Alpha Lipoic Acid, Folic Acid, Mecobalamin and Pyridoxine as active ingredients and is commonly prescribed painful conditions such as neuropathy, nerve injury, fibromyalgia and other conditions. Based on the history, you seem to be suffering from symptoms suggestive of depression until proved otherwise. I advise you to consult a psychiatrist for further evaluation and appropriate treatment.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Mohammed Taher Ali, General & Family Physician
