What Is The Weird Growth In My Daughter's Mouth?

My daughter who's 18 mos. just said ouch and is putting her finger in back of her mouth. So I got a flashlight and had her open her mouth and I saw what looked liked a weird growth looking kind of like a second tongue but smaller. What is it none of my other children or I have it

This second tongue like structure is epiglottis. It is present in all human beings.In some it is easily visible as in case of your child.So don't worry for it.
What discomfort she is saying might be due to oral ulcer or some lesion in the wall of retropharynx
